This was only till January,2015 when we opened our restaurant "Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor" here at one of the city's finest skyscraper -Melia, Doha in west bay.
Since then every time I stroll around this city I get stunned with the culture & tradition of this Qatari capital. Creating Indian food with local flavours & presenting with a style is what we always keep trying here. Constantly readjusting offerings is what we understand is the need of this place.
Finally, after a long day stepped out and explored Souq Waqif, a local market here where you can grab a sumptuous Qatari meal along with many other options to choose from. I chose to eat Turkish and was impressed with the overall taste & quality of food here.
Surprisingly found my favourite Barhi dates for tomorrow's date murabba and may be a chutney too.
